This plan supersedes any Draft Longford Town Development Plan and the previous Longford Town Development Plan 2004 – 2010.

     

  • Non Principal Private Residence Charge Introduced

  • NPPR Logo The Local Government (Charges) Act 2009 introduces a €200 annual charge on non principal private residences, payable by the owner(s) of the NPPR to the Local Authority in whose area the property concerned is located. The charge applies mainly to owners of private rental property and holiday homes.  It also applies to vacant residential property unless newly built but unsold.
